TWO WAYS TO TRACK YOUR ORDERS

1) Login to your customer account. Once logged in, click “Orders” to view all orders.

2) Don’t have customer account? Use the form below to track your order.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

RETURNS

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For additional information in this section, create your own Return & Refund Policy.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All orders are processed between 24-72 hours amount payment receipt of the order. Delivery can take between 7-10 days, depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout, and/or market regulations.
